Together, we will structure a plan to ensure that you decide who will make financial and healthcare-related decisions for you if you can’t, you decide who will take care of your children if you can’t, you decide how to allocate your assets for future generations.

We accomplish this by creating a trust to hold your assets, powers of attorney and healthcare directives to designate who will make financial and healthcare decisions for you in case you cannot, and a pour-over will to cover any assets that you accumulate after we create your trust.

These are the basic documents that any plan should have, however we will go deeper to structure the plan to:
